Its a valve adjustment, not rocket science. Any reputable place should be able to do it. I know we all don't want to trust it to just anyone but if you are not willing to learn how to do it or take it a ways away not sure what to say.
This is a good guide

Thanks for the guide. I contacted Ballistic Motorsports and think I will be doing this myself.

There are two threads on valve adjustment (probably including the one Paul posted) and one thread on the AP-1 valve retainers here. If you have the AP-1, it might be wise to check/replace the retainers

Here is my top tip on valve adjustments. A lot of guys mess it up due to complexity of aligning timing marks, etc. Wrong number of turns after lining up marks, etc. I say, forget the timing marks altogether. Instead, just turn engine until both cam lobes, intake and exhaust, are pointing UP for that cylinder (or as close to up as possible). Adjust valves for that cylinder. Rinse, lather, repeat.

You can't mess it up if you follow this method, and takes much less time.

I wouldn't do that, what I found to be way easier is to just stick a long screwdriver into the cylinder and turn the crank until you get top dead on the desired cylinder you are trying to adj for.
