What exactly is a "tech day", I mean I'm located right in boston, but I'm willing to travel 100 to 200 miles to fix someone's car since I have a civic hatch that gets roughly 55 mpg. If you wanted I could always could to your place just to pull the longblock, that way it might be cheaper and easier to get it fixed.
Tech Day is where we have a house everyone goes to and works on their cars. Everyone pitches in their own skills to help teach/learn. It's usually free or if someone has a lift a small "lift fee" if they are using it. I think it was $5 bucks at one event.

I might have to host one at the end of this year just to get my S2000 FIX.
