Maybe we can arrange a car drive, meet or show. We might be able to get a smaller venue to host it and charge a small fee that goes to the people down there. We could even just do a drive, get some decals made up put them on the side of our cars and drive around in a group. Have a planned route, contact the local PD and get help from them.

But no matter what we should do something as a club to help out our s2k families that have been just overtaken by such an unthinkable tragedy.

more details to follow - i have asked my company to match any donations we raise and I know of one VERY generios nes2ko member that has offered to match funds raised by nes2ko

I am glad to read that Phil is ok albeit nothing is normal down there

I've been glued to CNN. It's unbelievable what those people are going through.

This AM on the news, the MS governor said he was told he looked tired, and said yes he was, but at least he had a bed to sleep in last night.

When I woke up this morning, I kind of had the same thought.

Most of those people have none of the necessities and basic comforts we all take for granted.

My company is matching my dontations to the Red Cross 1 for 1.
Its going to be a hard winter for all of us I think....
