Default Well, I did it!

So, yesterday I got my Year-End Bonus. (Fiscal YE in Sept)
They pretty much screwed me. As a company we increased our revenue 10% over last year, but in the last months of the year, our BOD spent enough money so that they didn't have to pay out the full bonus to us. Consolation Bonus was only 25% of the original.

Today I handed in my 2 weeks notice. As of Dec 3rd I will no longer be employed in CT.

Work has been $hitty for the past year and the bonus was the last straw. My sister just gave birth to twins and I really want to be around to see them grow up. Plus it gets freakin cold up here during the winter!

My plan is to pack up and move back to Atlanta in Dec. I

Tom!

Big day for you! Hope that your next job is a better one than your present one. Maybe we'll catch you at Fall Colors next time, if not sooner.

Enjoy your time with your sister's children, they are only little and cute for a short time. Then they go to school and learn all kinds of things.

Thanks Lainey!

Can't wait to get down there and see my Niece & Nephew.
I last saw them when they were a few days old.
That's when I left the Cardinal Honda Dyno day to be there for the birth.

TOM!

I didn't realize that you left Cardinal Honda to go down to Atlanta! But... it was for an excellent reason!

Congratualtions to you and your family for the new editions! Payton and Preston are so cute!

It was great to have you as a member of NES2KO and you know you will ALWAYS be!

You know we will all have our good memories during our short time with you.

Best of luck in Atlanta, and you will have a great crew down there Atlanta S2000 Owners have been around just a few months longer than NES2KO. In fact they helped me founding NES2KO. Great bunch down there. If you ever bump into a guy named Mike (The General) tell him I said HI It will be very easy to spot him he will have the CLEANEST S2000 that you will ever see... and... it's a 2000 S2k. You'll see what I mean when you do meet him

I will see you at FC and Dragon Ball

Take care buddy!

Thanks Jeff

I think we all appreciate your contributions to this group.

Let Erin know that she's set the bar high for the future Mrs. 1Quick1.

I can hear it now, "But honey, Jeff's wife let us bake headlights in her kitchen!"

Glenn

You know I'm going to have to make a trip back up here just to see and hear the Berlina Beast. Hoping that that time isn't too far off.

I know I'll want to plan a trip back up to see a Sox game next summer. Probably won't have a problem getting people to join in.

I definitely want to stay involved with NES2KO, even if its from 1000 miles away!

Tom,

Sorry to hear that your company screwed you. You did the right thing. It took me a while to leave my company, too.

Congrats and stay in touch!

It would be great to have the perfect situation and already have another job lined up, however I think this is the right decision.

I've was thinking the other day about the quote that was in Bills Sig:

I put my right hand in and out and shook it all about,
I've done the hokie pokie
now I've just got to turn myself around.

Because THAT's what it's all about!!
