Oh man am I glad I decided to come in at 6 today.

Leave at 3 with an extra hour in the bank for later on in the week, man do I love flex hours. Beautiful day for the S and some back roads

Anyone else gonna take off early for some fun in the sun?

Lucky Dak, I have big windows in my office and it looks awesome out there. I still have to stick around till 4:30 before I call it a day. Cannot wait to get out there, get the top down and take a nice ride home, the long way.

You hit the nail right on the head Bob.

I love my flex hours, just work 8 then go home. Come in when you want, leave when you want. Therefore no meetings this afternoon means S time

As much as I want to on the weekdays, most of the time, I can't bring myself to cruise around with the S on the weekdays after a full day of work. Too tired to make the ride enjoyable. The weekends, after sleeping in and feeling refreshed, that's the way to go for me. Having said that, it is really tempting sometimes after work to hit the roads with the S.

It does not have to be a long ride to be just some fun. I find that a 30 to 45 minute ride on some of my favorite back streets fits the bill.

Easier said than done Bob, everytime I get in, I say just an hour, and 4 to 5 hours and an empty tank later...I end up home with very little time to get other life maintenance stuff in order and my sleep time suffers.

LOL, I understand. Sometimes I only have a short time, and when the time is up. I feel like I could go for several more hours. Ah well, sleep is important.

Mike, hope you had fun leaving early That's my ONLY company benefit being self employed: If I really want to take a 2 hour lunch to drive my car I can. Or take a Friday off for track day. I had my fun yesterday and I am hard at work today to pay for the next one

Good for you.

I'm in the office until 6pm as usual. Maybe I'll get out at 5:30 today! lol
