Not surprised. There products were average and bordered on Mugen-esque pricing. No tears shed here.

Yikes... the car aftermarket is tough. BBS announced they were going out of business just last week

I think Comptech would have done a lot better if they could figure out a way to ship their stuff from Japan. From what I could tell, they were a decent company with actual race experience.

They were always back ordered. the customer service people were freindly at least, but I don't need a freind when I just paid almost $400 for a plastic intake that rubbed the hood and came apart under high throttle. I for one am glad to a certain extent because I think they were certainly overpriced. Their exhaust was perfect example of this.

I do feel very bad though for people who bought stuff and wil now have no warranty or replacement parts.
