Not Kowloon. They are pricey and their dishes are frugally proportioned. :thumsdn: I only go there when someone else is paying.
The place I am talking about is called East Manor, formerly Weylou. This place closed down completely for a few years after Weylou closed up shop. East Manor reopened its doors just few months ago.
Prices for buffet is around $22/person Mon-Thur; $25/person Fri-Sun. Drinks not included. One thing I absolutely hate about this place is that they add an 18% tip on the bill... on a buffet?!
