Default Winter Modifications?

Well, winter is almost officially started I've got plenty going on to the S over the next month or two.

Just installed a Q300 Dual & Alloy Craft cooling plate a few weeks ago.

Got a Puddymod Stage 1.5+ 3.90 final drive diff going in Friday night, along with Innovative Mounts diff mounts. In all likelihood though, after the 3 heat cycles on the diff, the S will be going to the bodyshop.

I have Downforce +30mm Front Fenders as well as some rear overfenders going on. While it's at the shop I'm also gonna have a few paint chips here and there fixed.

When I get her back if the roads aren't all eff'd up she will be getting the SPEC Stage 3+ clutch and AP1 flyheel installed along with Innovative Mounts engine/tranny mounts.

I'm waiting on my Alloy Craft rear diffuser from the group buy and I've got the GP rear diffuser side pieces which will all go on after the diff breaks in and fluid is changed @ 500 miles.

That's all I can think of right now. My goal when I bought this car in September was to have everything I wanted to it done by Jan 1st. Looks like I'm gonna miss that mark since I am going to wait till spring for the KW V3 Coilovers.

Wow, sounds like things are going to look sweet this spring, Prophet!! Can't wait for pics!

Sweet deal, Alex. Love the kit!

For me I have some body work to do on a J's replica front end. It only has a light gap near the corner of the headlight which I noticed on a real J's kit as well.

Purchased an APR GT200 wing not too long ago. It's taking up a lot of space in my apartment so I'll mount that before Spring, probably this month.

Have a set of wheels to fit as well. I have 4 17x9 +38's and I would like to sell two, but I've seen 17x9.5 +38's mounted on stock front fenders in the hella flush thread. Not sure if I want to go that route though...

Then all I have to do is minor maintenance for the Dragon trip. Brake fluid, probably pads as well, ball joints have a little dry rot, not too too bad but I'll replace them. Might do control arms while I'm under there and possibly a bigger front sway bar to keep the rear end in check but those aren't a necessity, just the mod bug making me type more

No mods for me... hopefully I'll find time for some maintenance, though, as I need to do diff and tranny fluids. I should also do brake and clutch fluids while I'm at it. I replaced a failed clutch master cylinder a little over a year ago, but never bled the whole system.

Once I put the snow tires on, I'll probably get some new summer tires.

Go flush, not hella flush. You'll already be scraping everywhere while being flush. Hella flush is just not right for NE.

I am going to go back to the Greddy SE Dual and this time use a test pipe. Also considering springs/coilovers.

Outside of that, I intend to reinstall the stock header and sell the ASM. If anyone here is willing to uninstall/reinstall stock I will give you a great price on the ASM.

Check out this guy:
https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/912...-et40-kn-momo/

He has 17x9 +40 (only +2mm more than me) and he's running a 255 up front. I plan on a 255 in the rear, but not sure what up front. I originally thought a 215 but if he has 255 I can easily get away with a 225 which wouldn't looks like stretched crap. I still don't know though. I'd much rather have a staggered setup.

That's fine. I meant something along the lines of this.

Oh yeah, no way. Though I love the look, it just is not wise in NE. If I lived in parts of CA or FL where the roads were perfect, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. But around here, flush is about all I dare to do.

But damn that car is hot

Mods for the shop cars . Hoping to get the Miata back on the road this year. I miss my little S2k replacment Doing some internals is the last peice of the puzzle since I have almost everything else a Boosted Miata needs without cutting corners or cheaping out. I have in wait s a AEM EMS , Innovate gauges, Harddog rollbar, Brand new Garret snail, Scored a hardtop also and a PWR liquid to air intercooler.

I also have to cage the M3 this winter for Hillclimb racing next season. I got most of the suspension worked out at the end of last season.Bushings, coilovers, sways, wheels and Hoosiers.

I even have a small colection of goodies to Boost the shop XB posibly if the world does not implode before I get to it

If there is anything I can help you guys out with LMK. I can match most of the internet and get stuff to ya in 2 days
