He's pitching for a new contract right now. He's DEFINITELY going to give it everything he's got. He wants to continue to play next year. It's almost definitely the last time we'll see Schill in a Red Sox uniform though.

Wow! What a game tonight. Red Sox play the NL style of baseball and still beat the NL champs. The Francona game plan is working.

Props to Schill, Okie and Pap. All three performed above expectations. Okie dazzeled the Rocks. The Pap-Yuke throw out of Halliday at first was awesome.

 

Dice-K threw another good game, and also got a 2 RBI single!! 10 down, 1 to go!!

 

^Good stuff huh?

 

I almost shat myself when he hit that RBI single. For me, that was the highlight of the game.
