not only have I had foie gras but I have had it in Paris where they know how to prepare it.
pan seared with a nice little burgundy reduction

they sell both duck and goose pâté which is the liver.
technically foie gras is goose pâté.

I cleaned a litter box today....kind of looked the same, but with clay on top.

Things are really slow in here for this to be the topic......Oh and shop kitty tried to bite me AGAIN! He's feeling better.

Chris is still trying to find a home for the puppy at the vet's office. Yesterday, he took his dog, the vet dog and his +1 hiking up some mountains or hills in NH.

Hope he finds it a good home. No dogs for us.

It appears our house kitty IS sick. Sneezing, lethargic, off to the vet she goes this afternoon. We do let her out, (though I know some folks do not approve of that, we've always let our cats go out), she might have had a "tussle" with another cat. It happens.
