No need for a Alt . Kicker used to run the 10000watt truck off the stock GM alt . It is all about Batterys .


we measure the voltage when he turned it up . 14.6 when running and would drop to 13.8 when the sub hit . This is all he is seeing when his lights flash .


I think when he plays it Stupid retarded . I think he is either clipping the amp or maxing out the ecursion on the sub causing it to short breifly causing the amp to over tax the battery . With the subs being in the trunk he can not hear it doing it .
