Place down the street from me has an awesome Sunday special. 3 eggs, 3 pieces of toast, 3 sausage, 3 bacon, and a mound of home fries for $3.33
I don't consider myself cheap either, but I know very few people who admit that they are.
I rarely go to movies, either. I also rarely pay for music, although I hardly download it anymore either.
But my biggest "cheap" attitude is with monthly subscription crap. If I didn't have a wife who likes TV, and I didn't need high speed internet, I wouldn't have cable TV at all. I enjoy it to some extent, but I just don't think it's worth the cost. But TV, internet, phone, cell phones... I hate the fees. Although I still pay out for 'em.

I am hard to describe I guess.
I am cheap on some things like I will eat almost anywhere, but I am not doing it to save money really. I just dont get pickey about food.
I am a do-it-yourselfer 1000%. It kills me dead to pay someone to do anything I even think I have a chance to do myself. It is a hard pill for me to swallow to pay someone else to do any kind of labor for me.
I blow too much money on the car and other hobbies. I do "recycle" a lot of that money though by selling old hobby stuff before buying new, so mout out of pocket expenses are usually not too bad.
One ting I have scaled back on in recent years is clothing. I used to be a very expensive dresser. My buddy and I used to hit the mall like a couple of chicks every weekend and buy a few hundred dollars worth of clothes for the club and whatnot weekly. That was before kids and marriage though

Ok Im not cheap but very frugal. I always look for a good deal on whatever I buy and always think more than once before I pull out the wallet. One thing I have learned over the years is to pay cash for what I buy. I use Ebay a lot for things I want. Somehow you always find someone that will give something away if you wait for it long enough. When paying anyone paypal I take the cash out of the wallet and it goes into the CC fund to pay the bill when it comes in. I Use coupons and I live in an area where most stores are no further than 4.5 miles from my house so its easy to make the rounds and cherry pick the sales it just takes some time to do which I have plenty of. I have learned the art of price matching this saves a lot of time and running if you play it right. I dont buy things on a whim worst thing one can do. And final tip is i know its cliche and old now but if you use and pay things with cash you will find that you keep your spending in check as there is emotion attached to cash try handing over the $$$ vs pulling out a CC or debit card you will see what I mean.

I head up there about 2 twice a year with some Harley buddies. Yeah it's pricey, but I find it worth the price.
Love parkers maple barn
There is also another good, but cheaper breakfast joint in Henniker at the base of Pats peak.
