Default Hardtop Question

i'm looking for an OEM hardtop and have made numerous calls and web searches. Seems that OEM hardtops and good deals are becoming scarce. Kyle - Desert Honda in LV quoted 3,600 (100 over list - lol). Garcia Honda: 3,400; Perfection Honda: 3,200; Jeff (hardtop guy) quoted 2,850 plus shipping (about 350). Question (finally): are there any better deals out there? thanks

You could always try to find a good used one for $2,000+ (that's what I did).

thanks for the info. i've been looking on e-bay, craigs list, etc. and have not found much. seen Andy's and talked with him - good deal, except CF comes unpainted and he thought it did not seal as well as an OEM (did i understand that correctly Andy?) the OEM has all the hardware, liner, defogger and painted to match - so i'll keep looking and hoping...

Yeah, if I ever did go hardtop, which probably will never happen, I would choose the OEM one because of the rear defroster and factory paint matching...
