I found a deal on Craigslist in Phoenix. They guy told me he wanted $1400 and didn't come with hardware. You would have to get it painted but you should overall save some cash. I was going to get it but other things came up and I could not get it. So if your lucky he might still have it just check the Phoenix craigslist.

I bought my oem hardtop from Flagstaff Honda in Arizona brand new for 3k even. They didn't charge me for shipping because they said it was out of state so they couldn't but they had it sent in with pretty good speed. That is if you haven't already ordered one.

Thanks for the info. I went with an OEM from Jeff Goetz (hardtopguy) for 2,850. With shipping it came to an even 3,100. Installed it last week. Install was pretty easy (in spite of 3 grandsons trying to help). Kyle - thanks again for the info over the phone. BTW - has anyone else encountered a problem with getting a good fit between the side and rear panels on the driver's side? The defroster wires seemed to bulge out the side panel when I followed the Honda install instructions. I ended up putting the wire bundle in one of the holes behind the metal support bracket - which seemed to work.
