Hi, I'm Hesh. I'm 16, I go to Albuquerque Academy and I just got an '03 Sebring/Red S2000.

Say what you will about my age, and my driving skill because of it. I've been racing Gokarts since I was 8, and although it's not the same as the road - I'm not exactly new to four wheels.

I just moved here from Michigan, 'bout 6 months ago, and I have just got to say; I hate the cops here, I'd like to strangle every one of them.

 

Welcome... Age has nothing to do with competent driving, but maturity with a sports car certainly helps. Anyhow, speeding in this town is far too easy and the cops are a pain, but imho most people deserve what they get. Try and get yourself to an upcoming gathering and keep your S off of curbs and out of the body shop.

I don't seem to attract only cops, but my rear end likes stupid people in Toyota Tacomas... =P.

Welcome to the s2k world. My car got hit while it was just parked outside my friends house so try to be careful in your car but sometimes there's just nothing you can do. Do you know my friend nick, I'm pretty sure he goes to your school. He has a white boosted integra with gram lights.

 

WELCOME! As Brandon said, maturity is key. I've seen younger drivers that drive better than most 30-40+ year olds I know. It just comes down to how you use the driving experience you have to make good decisions on the streets.

I think I've seen that white Integra around school, I wasn't aware that it was boosted and, if it's the same person, I only vaguely know of Nick. I think he's in the grade above me.

 

What's up Hesh, welcome Speaking of young S2K drivers, I think there'll be another new one signing on shortly. Drove right past a high-school age lookin' guy in my parent's neighborhood earlier this afternoon, sportin a red 00-03. We'll see.

Oh yeah, sorry Scott I haven't picked the old wheels and brace up yet. Finals are officially over next week and my last summer at UNM as an undergrad begins! and maybe a lil' I hope you don't charge too high of a storage fee

welcome i was also one of the young drivers and trust me i could teach you how to drive the S! so far i believe at the drag strip ive held the fastest stock time for the S 15.034
