Default need a battery

So i am getting ready to leave my dads shop and my dam car won't start. the battery have 12.33 volts and 12.66 is a full charger so i'm like WTF. I then checked the water level sure as shit is't low. so i add some distilled water about 12oz's, and put it on the charger. come back about 30 minutes later and it starts. I go to check with a volt meter that is is charging and ya it's charging but it has a little hole in the top of the battery and i see it because the water is coming out of it. so long story short i would like to replace it. what are some of the better batteries out there for our cars. I think i am just going to put an interstate cause my dad is an interstae battery dealer but i just thought i would ask if ther was a badass battery for our cars. thanks for your time.

there are some nice slim batteries that would be pretty nice... Pretty sure odyssey is one brand, and there are others. Run a search and I'm sure something will pop up.

A lot of people say to go with Optima gel cell batteries, I just couldn't justify $150 for one. I also read a lot of people on the forums like the batteries from Napa for half the price of an optima. So 2.5 years ago that's what I bought. Sadly, two weeks ago my car didn't start without warning. I took the battery back to Napa and they said that it was no longer holding a charge. It has a long waranty but is only 18 mo. free replacement, so I had to dish out $30. Whatever you get just make sure it has a waranty that will replace it if it goes bad.

check the water first take a quater and unscrew the clear thing near the negative battery terminal. Only put distilled water in there though.
