Default Testing Waters lol

Ok so I'm wanting to see if there is any interest in the wheels I have on my car. If you don't know, they are the 18" volk gt-n's that used to be on Rick's ride. I was speaking with Gaspar and I'm seriously considering buying his wheels so I would like to sell my current set up. Any offers over 1400 will be taken . And once again I hate Gaspar for throwin those wheels in my face again lol.

Scott you're friggen crazy! Any offers over $1400 maybe I should just buy them back and just call it a profit! (J/K!) Gaspar, you shouldn't sell the volks, you should put 'em on the '64 during the winter!

Hey I'd love to check those wheels out some time. I'm looking at getting a new package and was actually checkin those out on the net a few months back. Do you have the gold spokes or gunmetal? Do you know how much they weigh? Websites are inconsistent and vary by like 7-8 pounds. Is there rubber on em so I can maybe throw a couple of em on to see how they sit? Are they 18" x 8"? Any info's good info. Thanks

Yeah you can check em out for sure just let me know when a good time is for ya. I'm not positive on the weight sorry. They are the gunmetal with polished lip and I believe they are 18x8 and 18x8.5 but the fronts might be 7.5. They currently have 225/40 18's and 255/35 18's on them. Fronts are really worn, rears have a decent amount of tread but the right rear has a screw in it that can't be fixed, holds air now that I put some fix a flat in it though. There are some blemishes around the lug holes from the owner before Rick which is why the price is so low . I will be free Friday night or early part of the day on Sunday so just let me know man

-Scott

Oh yeah if you wanna see some pics right away, I have one on my myspace page - www.myspace.com/s6s6s6. They have an amazing fit on the S, offsets are perfect.

I believe the weight is around 18 lbs. for the front and slightly heavier for the wider, rear wheels. (Not sure about the actual sizes, but I think they are stamped inside the wheel.) the offsets are perfrect and look awesome on the S.

FYI: Those blemishes were not caused by me, in fact they were from the previous owner who used regular lugs instead of "tuner lugs"...you might want to ask Scott what type of lugs he is using!!!

Cool I might be able to check em out Friday night, I have to figure out when I'm getting out of this study group thing I'm doin for a take-home test in one my classes from UNM. But anyways the pics look sweet, how much lower is the car sitting in that last pic on myspace? Oh btw, I guess you like Her Black Wings, cuz I saw the banner you had for em - the lead guitarist is my roommate, Danny. Heh anyway my number's 573-3006. You can give me a call and let me know whatever time works best for you. I won't be able to look at em Sunday cuz I work, otherwise I probably would have gone to the meet last weekend too, but if it has to be early next week that'd be easy for me to manage.

**** yeah I love her black wings lol. Anytime tomorrow night should be good so I'll hit ya up probably around 7ish. In the last pic it's a little lower than it's sitting now due to our horrible roads lol but that was about a 2.5 or 3 inch drop. But yeah, I'll hit ya up tomorrow after I get my exhaust installed
