Default Thinking about turbo install..........

Hello guys. I'm new to this site but I've had my s2k for 2 years, and now I'm thinking of an upgrade to turbocharging. I'm new to this type of aftermarket mod, so I'm doing some research and learning as I go (just browsing here has been an enormous help). My car is bone stock.
If I add a high performance head gasket, clutch and fuel management, I want a minimum of 400 hp at the rear wheels. Throw in the cost of a quality install and tune, and it's gonna be a bit pricey, especially if I choose Inline Pro (those boys appear to run a reputable outfit). What are your thoughts?

I believe i talked to you when you came in before this is Jerry over at Garcia Honda

You can safely run 400whp with a 3mm headgasket, AEM EMS, and some sort of upgraded clutch.

Inlinepro is a great company everybody who has there kits seems to be happy

the best turbo for the setup im sure would probably be a gt30r of course up to you on which sizes you looking for. Overall that would probably be the best turbo for you. Its not too small and not too big plus it will spool fairly quickly and give good mid range power.

Install like i said before get with Andy. Many of the guys here can vouch for him.

Tuning goes it would probably end up being Cameron who is from here and he is now working the the AEM EMS. Or it would Mitch from vivid. But i think he wont be around too long since he wants to go back to school and get out of the tuning world for now.

most likely not

because your going to need to run an exhaust with out a cat. So it would be with a testpipe or unless you want to use a highflow cat which arent many out there for our car.

if anything just put back on the cat before you Emissions and you will be ok

so I gotta run with no cat? Is that expensive to install/remove around the time of the emissions test?
