So got another update today on How things are coming along on my S2K. Garcia Honda sent off my head to the machine shop to see if they could save it from the casting flaw on one of the valve guides for cyl#1 and that was a no go. They have ordered a new head that they should get at the latest buy Monday. They still aren't sure if that was also the cause of my VSA light coming on. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with the cyl wall on cyl#1 but once again i only know what they are telling me. I'm hoping it will be all done and fixed right before the next meet (first for me). Ill keep everyone posted as to the new details as they come known to me. If anyone has any suggestions as to what may have caused my VSA light to come on let me know, I'll talk it over with they guys at Garcia and see if they will look into it. much thanks and I've been learning alot about my s2k in the short time ive been reading threads here.

Word. They are hoping to have it done by Tuesday.

 

So got a call from Garcia Honda today, they got my new head in and everything else and say it will be done and ready for me to pick up tomorrow. I can't wait to pick my baby up
