Its suppose to be every first saturday of the Month, so today. I know they usually have it at Kinleys Coffe House off of Mesa and Kirby, if not across the street depending on how many people attend.
Personally its to damn cold to just stand there lol. Once the weather warms up a bit i'll be going again.
