Dog eat dog... some kid with an S wants a HT, sees one for sale for cheap and buys it.
Doesn't care that the ad and person selling seems off or suspicious.
Cycle will never end.
Talk about deterrent all you want, but other S2000 owners are causing these rash of theft. Not Honda Techs, theft rings etc.

That’s sad and they gave you so little for your car with that hardtop. They stole my hardtop too last year, same color. I never leave my car outside anymore. I will be on the look out for red interior pieces and a cheap hardtop.
