iirc, that was the scenic view portion of perkins memorial drive . you go up to the tower, and then when you circle the tower you stay right. it is a dead end with several views such as that...
i used to ride all my super sports bikes out there years ago and knew those roads very well...I have forgotten all the roads now so when i come on a run i'm going @ the back of the pack because i know i'm going to be the slowest one of the group...
