Anybody in Cement / Mason?
A random off-topic post . . . .
Looking for a sanity check and thought I would try this group since it is fairly diverse.
I have quotes to replace 15 sections (@ 4'X5') of sidewalk - - - the quotes are all over the place. Anywhere from $250 to $350 per section.
2 of the 3 quotes are at the higher end. The low end quote was from a mason who I randomly selected from the yellowpages, I'm not sure I would go with him.
If $350 +/- is the going rate, then that is what I'll pay but before I lay out $5,000 I wanted to see if anybody had any ideas on what it cost to replace an existing sidewalk.
