Does anyone know the offset of the ap2 rim? I want to put 255s on my rears but the tire rack guy told me that they wont fit. He said i need an offset of 55mm or more
You have a higher than 55 offset on your oem wheel. It's 17x8.5+65 rear. A 255 will fit. Click the link Jon posted and read.

if you put 255 on yoru stock ap2 rear rims, they will fit fine... 265 will be an issue.
he's not dropped but a 265 may be an issue because the rim may be too narrow for a 265 to properly fit. However, I have heard of guys putting 275 R comps on their wheels so I don't know.

That's hard to answer. I will give you a BIAS answer since I own these tires. RT615. $506 shipped from dicounttire.com. The dunlops are about $575 shipped from tirerack.com. If you did the hw on the Dunlops and you liked it, go with it. I don't know enough about that tire to give you an idea.

Go in here and search "RT615" https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showforum=56

in regards to the rt615's, did you notice any difference with the weight of the tire? I read that these are supposed to weight a good 5-6 pounds more a tire than the others in the same size
