Thumbs up Can anyone help with speedo calibrator install?

I have been driving my car for a few months now without correcting the speedometer. I have the speedo calibrator but no way to calibrate it. I also hate electrical wiring.
I am wondering if anyone here can assist or if I can give someone a few bucks(don't know how hard it is) to install it.
Keep racking up lots of false miles on my car and at over 90k I don't need any extra.

I didnt read through the linked threads but you can use a GPS for determining actual speed.

We could help you more if you knew which one you had. Do you have the yellow box ( older type) Or do you have the yellow jacket ? ( Newer version)

http://www.modifry.com/ This is the web site of the guy who makes them. There are instructions for the yellow jacket install. I don't think there are instructions on the yellow box. He doesn't make that one anymore. I would suggest if you do have the older type don't use it. Get the new yellow jacket its much easier to install and it calibrates instantly while driving. You just turn the dial and a second or two later its adjusted. It took me like a 15 minute drive to set mine.

To calibrate it just use a GPS unit. That is how I set mine up. There is instructions on that also after he shows you how to install it.

Good Luck.

By the way the one I have is the yellow jacket. Just checked on hardtopguy and that is the current one he has listed so must be the same thing I have.

Well looking now it does not say what type it is when purchased with the gears, which is what I did, but I would assume it is the same as the yellow jacket they sell individually.
