Default CEL check/reset

I tried three OBD II readers with no luck. Does anyone in the area of West Caldwell, NJ have one that is capable of reading a 2008? Thanks!

maybe there is something wrong with your connection port?
Also if you wanna clear a CEL, just disconnect the battery for 20 mins or so

Apparently so. I'm not the only one experiencing this problem with inexpensive OBD II scanners and a '08+ vehicle.

they're all the same. check your port or try a new scanner. are you going to tech day next wk?

or since you have an 08, take it back to honda and find out what is wrong with it. it should still be under warranty.

You are a 1 hour drive away from Tech Day.

You will not find a more knowledgeable group of S2000 owners than right there.

2006+ is extended CAN or something like that.

Some cheaper OBDII readers aren't compatible; I've had this issue.
