I just ordered an icebox from a shop out in CA and they have told me that the parts will be shipped out this Friday from the shop and will get the part prior to that from Comptech (obviously). They have spoken to reps at Comptech and they have informed them that parts orders are now being shipped out. As for the website being back on line, that may take longer. I'll keep you updated on the arrival of the CAI, which should be next week. Hiro

The ownership has changed, and they're setting up accounts as we speak. Parts are shipping out from Comptech, too.
I guess they're just updating their site, you can call them and speak with a sales rep though.
