like ray said, tail lights arent sealed like headlights are. you probably just need a new rubber gasket on the tail light. i would take out the bulbs and leave your trunk open and let it dry. then order new gaskets (might as well order a set) and tighten the nuts that mounts the tail light to the car as well.

Mine is/was very mild. It might have gone away on its own. I usually don't notice it.

How hard is it to pull apart the lens? The condensation is not what bothers me, but it's the water stains (on the inside lens) it leaves behind that drives me up the wall.

take the tail lights off the car, wash with soap and water...swirl it around inside. let dry/use a blow dryer/shove a towel in the bulb holes. that should clean it up.

I don't have condensation, but my turn signal turned white and I want it back to yellow. Hoping to restore and preserve the S2000 to it's original glory and pass it on to my son when he's old enough. Anyone seen any threads on removing/replacing the lens cover on Tails?
