Not to take away from the human tragedy and the lives lost but the majority of the damage has been material(thank goodness). Has anyone lost their s2000 due to the terrible storm you folks endured through?

Thankfully my S2k was tucked away, but my recently rebuilt 93 Honda Civic got crushed by a tree on my parents driveway. I'm currently living in the UK and it's killing me to not be home helping my family clean up.

oh my word. sorry for that man, aslong as everyone else is ok. just sucks after all that work.

I left my brothers s2k and mine at my wifes parents house since there was no trees there to hit it.

Unfortunely, I think my s2k is done. I was in the high disaster zone in lower east side and the garage where it was parked was completely flooded and it is still flooded with water right now. I just checked and I don't have comprehensive coverage so my insurance isn't going to cover it. Anybody have any suggestions on what to do with the car? Part it out? Is there anyway I can get my insurance company to total my car even if I don't have comprehensive coverage? Any suggestions because I don't think it is fixable

I hope all other s2k owner didn't lose their car. It really hurt to see the water slowly creeping in and destroying my s2k.

I don't know if it's possible, but maybe the garage's insurance might be able to cover your car, as well as other cars parked there?
