my friend just got a mr- 2 turbo...
the thing is that he does not know anything about the car...
yet he's so eager to make it "faster."
sigh... kids thesedays...

so,
he wants to mod his car,
i'm so afraid that he's gonna mess it up.

does anyone know good shop in ny/ nj area,
that does good turbo tuning?

theres always SPI they like working on toyota's they are located about 20 minutes from Englishtown.......or theres always DRT in NY

I've heard way to many horror stories about SPI. DRT is http://www.drtracing.com located in Queens. I would of course recommend Paisley Automotive in Hempstead. But I am loyal to folks I have dealt with in the past. There is also Performance Factory in Queens (didn't like their customer service though). But are you looking to mod? or tune? There is a big difference.

ive never heard anything bad about spi......thats DRT's site they are pretty good a friend of mine was helpin out over there for a little while.

drt all the way, Ralphie is a great tunner! I was there last weekend while they were tunning a yellow 92 hatch.
