As long as you drift instead of holeshotting, you'll be good

Plus, if you mount skinny burner tires, the dif will take no load.

I guess this is true. I'm still too lazy to put a shitty weak rear.
If you come over and help me put the rear on I'll hand you the keys to the car, this will make up for the owed ride.

i know i hear u. we would have it out in no time.

But the fee for the tow truck would be expensive
plus i'm just turned off by the idea of putting a weak rear back in.

but we'll see. Like i said if I pay 20 bucks for another honda rear is too much money. I'm not trying to undersell nibble but its how I feel about these Honda rears. But if nibble has a decent offer I MIGHT take it well see...

What about the inlinePro nissan conversion? Looks pretty bulletproof, but I just don't like the idea of getting a 10 year old diff to put on the car.

The dif is not weak. If I use my 1/4 drive ratchet to torque head bolts, it will break

It was just not made to launch or handle that kind of power.

Question.... You mention losing 3rd gear. What happens exactally? The reason I am asking is I recently posted feeling my clutch starting to slip really bad. I have been doing some testing and have noticed the clutch only slipping in 3rd and no other gear. Could that be the diff slipping and not the clutch?? Or am I totally off base and when the diff goes, it pretty much grenades? (sorry to hijack thread, just was very currious)
3rd Rear not gear
