Powder Coating
Powder coating is a metal finishing process that offers a far more superior finish than alternative finishes like paint. Powder coat offers greater durability, impact resistance, and improved wear characteristics in comparison to other finishing options. In addition to the improved durability, powder coating is offered in a great variety of finishes. Finishes include the basic gloss, semi-gloss, and flat finishes to unique texture, wrinkle, hammer tone, and candy finishes. There are thousands of colors available to choose from and if a specific color is needed then custom color matches can be made to match. Powder coating also provides quick turnaround times as once it is cooled back to room temperature it is ready for use. Ceramic Coating
Ceramic Coating is a finishing option for high heat applications that has practical use in automotive industry. Ceramic coating can help to lower temperatures in the engine bay as well as prevent corrosion on parts exposed to high temperatures. Due to the lower temperatures in the engine bay horsepower gains up to 5% are not uncommon. Our ceramic coatings can handle temperatures from 1600 to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, dependent upon the application. The lifetime of the parts ceramic coated are also increased due to the improved corrosion resistance and decreased stress from lower temperatures on the parts.
Polishing & CNC (Machining)
Polishing is a metal finishing solution that will leave your part with a reflective finish. Polishing uses a combination of abrasive compounds and a work wheel to bring a shine to the surface of the metal. Not only is it for aesthetics, but polishing serves a practical purpose as well. Yes we can fix curbing on wheels. This is normally 20-50 per wheel depending on the severity of the curb rash. We dont fix bent wheels in house but we work with a local repair shop to fix bent wheels. Also Remember 10% off for all forum members.
