I know it usually isn't orthodox to post topics regarding things not related to our S2000 but a friend's family had one of their cars stolen and I was wondering if you guys could keep an eye out if you could. Moderators - if this post isn't appropriate, then I won't take offense to this thread being locked. The following is what my friend wrote up - thanks .....


1989 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Regency Brougham was stolen today 9/5/2003 from Wyandanch LIRR train station in Wyandanch, NY between 7:15 AM and 8:45PM. Car is tan, with burgandy leather interior. Approx 138k on odometer. 2 pics attached are recent, as you can see the car is in good condition for an 1989. One key giveaway is that the right rear quarter panel is faded. License plate (I doubt its still on there) is ALL7585. If you spot a car that first this description, please call the police and tell them its whereabouts.

Yea it's a shame, I bet some lowlife has fitted the car with 20 inch chrome wheels with those stupid secondary revolving inner wheels, installed neon lights galore, and put in those dumbass hydraulic pumps in the front suspension to show off his new ride at a stoplight bouncing around like an idiot.
