HELP: Ripped Off
#12
If the guy lived someplace convenient to where I do then I probably would have suggested a knock on his door and a presentation of a copy of this thread along with a question as to when he was gong to send the item(s) or return the money .
There would have to be at least 2 or more people ... for the purpose of witnesses that nothing happened , and it would probably be a good idea to have a tape recorder running (small, in a shirt pocket ) so that the people in the house could not claim that they were threatened.
Finally -- I have to say that tenblade could have avoided this situation by simply asking someone here to act as a middleman ... send the money to one of of and one of us will then go to the house pay the money and simultaneoulsy get the goods.

I will sell you a "C" for only $100 !!! So you can get two of em . I will also sell you a "T" and an "H" for only $25.00 each so I can buy myself those letters !!
Send me a check for $250.00 . I will send the two "C"s and the "T" and "H" to Billman to hold ... and he will send them to you after I receive payment !
Is that cool or what ??
(Wow you must have been an easy mark ....)

Oo the internet is a dangerous tool... I suggest sending him one last email, hell, a letter would be more convincing of you knowing where he lives/works. Ask him one last time to send you the tracking numbers of the items he sold or you would have to report his actions to the proper (or unproper ) authorities.
