Default Looking for a new DD

Considering:

* '07 Mini Cooper S
* '03 - '04 Infiniti M45
* '07 Infiniti G35 Sedan
* '04-'05 Subie STi

I'm looking for a vehicle with around 50k miles max that will be reliable and comfortable. I'm keeping the S and I just want something to drive to work and in the rain, etc. I'm a little hesitant towards the STi as I'm fearful of their reliability and finding one that hasn't been "put away wet." I'm intersted in hearing your comments on how much I should spend on each. Thanks.

Thanks. I saw it, but I'm afraid an STi might be a money pit. My S already is . . .

...then take it off of your list
Clyde's is already modded and very well maintained so in theory you wouldn't have to do much...

Looking for input here re: reliability and maintenance costs.

I'm also not really looking to mod the DD.

I love my 09 4 door si as a DD. But insurance is killer for such a low hp car.

I second Clyde's car. It is very reliable and for one Clyde is very anal and meticulous about his things so sleep well knowing it wasn't bashed or horribly maintained. He would be one of the best persons to get a car from.

I am also looking for a daily/city car and was considering the STi but didn't feel comfortable buying it cause ill mod the shit out of it. So I'm looking for something to haul my car junk in it and can fit 4 20x10/20x12 wheels with tires without stacking and AWD. Like an A4 Avant or something
