Default Metro help me out

I was driving my car today and i heard a slight buzzing sound from under the car somewhere. So i jack the car up and look underneeth and everything is dry, except for the end of the prop shaft by the diff. It seems to be leaking at the pivot point. Its leaking out grease and im kinda worried that this might get worse.
Any1 ever seen this b4?
How do i fix this also?

thanks again guys
