I give you props for taking the time to make all those suggestions. 
We did a six flags trip last year and it was a good time, no ones car got messed with in the parking lot and we all parked next to one another. Also, I have done an "exotic's run" up to bear mountain and the roads around there were a TON of fun to tear up the twisties.

I also wanted to add that maybe BBQ meets will be good for 20+ cars
and maybe the cruise meets will be good for smaller groups like 10 or so cars.....
I know that with 25+ cars rolling down the higway or street its almost a given we may get separated by a traffic light, or by other cars on the road..... ya know what i mean...
But if you look at the maps, there are lots of parks with beaches, basketball courts, bbq/picnic areas that would be great for large meets....
