just got back from billman's shop and all i have to say is wow. the test drive was sick. i was scared, ill admit it. bill can drive, no question about that. i learned what the S can do and it is amazing.

so 6 of the valve retainers were cracked and 2 of them had nice size cracks in them....cylinder #4. took 2 hrs. if u get there early like i did, just go to the beach...its a few minutes away.

then i got a nice valve adjustment and i can tell the difference. it feels so much more responsive and better.

billman ftw!!!!!

thanks again bill for squeezing me in and doing an awesome job.

yea it only took 10 min to remove the valve cover and have Bill check it. plus he did it for free, which was awesome. it was definitly worth it considering the number of times he has found cracked retainers. I was #10. i would recommend taking it out to him and having your retainers checked and valves adjusted. i can definitly tell the difference in my car after he changed the retainers and adjusted the valves. it just feels and responds so much better. plus the test drive he does afterwards is worth the drive out there. it was fun and scary at the same time.

Step 1) pay the $20.00 and become a member of S2ki.
Step 2) go to Billman250's repair thread and post up your need.
Step 3) he'll put you on his list (second post in his repair thread)
Step 4) he'll let you know when he can fit you in
