I KNOW there are races on Saturday but I'm not sure if "racing" is allowed on Fridays. Its a whole big thing with the city.
If they're not allowed to "race" on a Friday, what's the difference really? There will still be cars at WOT driving around a race track. What's the difference if it's for points or not? It's just silly.

One is allowed to race at Lime Rock on Fridays, but except for a few time a year, the cars need to be muffled. It is on Sunday that racing (and, I think, generally all on-track activity) is prohibited.
