Default need a good mechanic

name is chris am from westchester county close to bx , iam looking for a good mechanic in the area that knows about s2000 i brong my ap1 from tx back home to the garage my timing chain is slapping every since i went turbo with it but it only does it when it idle and its cold not when its warm .. or high rpm .. right not currently deployed in iraq but needing to find a good mechanic so when home i can get it fixed thanks

its probably your TCT Timing Chain Tensioner. Change that out

PM billman250 or minitoyota.
Either one will be a bit of a drive for you, but well worth the trip.

your best bet is minitoyota...im from paterson nj and the bx is about 25 mins to half hour from me(assuming the Maj Deegan is going smoothly)...he would be 1hr tops from the bx...well worth the trip...send him a PM and set something up...good luck ...get home safely brother

Yea sounds like just need your tct replaced not a biggy, nice and easy fix.
