I feel like saying it was all hype but that's not the case for some. I live 25-30 min from Ft lauderdale so I wasn't near the coast. To be honest it was pretty lame in my area. Not even a small power outage. Only thing was gas stations were crazy or out of gas. I got two days off from work so I enjoyed the time off.
