Paintless dent removal

Can anyone recommend a PDR guy in the area? My bro dropped 3 planks onto his rear quarter panel (at the highest point, the crease). The paint has also been damaged.

I may be mistaken by PDR won't work with damaged paint. If it is a light scratch and he can buff it out or use touch-up paint, PDR may work.

If the paint is flaked, chipped or cracked . . . he'll need a bodyshop to re-paint. He may as well go straight to one for the dent as well.

Just my opinion.
