hi! im thinking of lowering my car. i know i can search for some threads that can answer my question but i want some answers from new yorker. i want to see pictures of you car and what kind of springs/coilovers do you have? i would like to know how is the ride? how is it with the streets of manhattan?

Eibach. Ride is great. Drop is great. High speed corners is TBA....

My car when I had Espelir springs.. Too low for Manhattan IMO so I put my stock springs on and set my Koni shocks to the lower perch.

about a 1" drop all around. Ride is a little stiffer then stock. I think there really nice. Not to low and not to stiff.

neuspeed springs, between 1.75-2 inch drop....imo the lower the better

Eibach. 1" drop all around. ride & handling just slightly firmer than OEM. just fine.

I have Espelir springs as well.
Espelir + deep groove on the road = scraping.
