i had an exhaust shipped to me in one of those "hand built/taped up" boxes and i didn't really appreciate it, no padding, parts flying aruond...but it got here ok surprisingly

i packed it nice wit penuts and bubble wrap i polished and degreased it too i also tied it down inside the box so it wouldnt move. My family also owns a moving company so the supplies are easy to find

why pay so much for a box. Just find random boxes, cut and tape and done. Ive shipping 2 exhaust before and thats the best technique.

i have done the make your own box technique a few times before when i sold my exhaust and other large parts on ebay. just use a nice amount of tape so they hold together. also wrap the exhaust in bubble wrap. make sure it is tightly held together before you ship it. you dont want the boxes seperating during shipping.
