Thanks BOB, I agree with everything you said.... Except for the weight
issue.... I put weight in the trunk it makes a HUGE !!! Difference but thanks

Being I picked up my S about a month and a half ago ... therefore, I don't have any experience driving it in the snow ... but this thread is actually making me pretty happy ... knowing that the car IS manageable the other 1/2 of the year. I have kept my 96 civic for winter driving ... however maybe I'll be able to ditch it now. Anyone want a 96 EX beat to crap? =)

What wheels do you mount the winter tires on? The factory wheels? Cheap steelies?

When buying winter tires, do you use the same size as stock for both front back?

Rims are up to you, look at yout tire sizes...
