Bruce's is not bad at all. He is expensive. He knows his stuff and has done aem ecu installs and tunes. His dyno is outside so its gotta be a nice day. He is very...very...very busy. So sometimes He can't always pull through with the date promised.
He is nice and he is personable. He owns the shop and store and ya get Bruce not someone else. But when your hands on everone wants a piece of ya therefore extremly busy. I scheduled my ring and pinion gear install seven weeks in advance he was all booked up. But he did a great job at a fair price but it was slightly more expensive then the estimate but thats a long story. But It's in and my car runs great. I've been there when other members dynoed thier s2000 and all worked out well. He usually only installs what he sells but if he can't get the part and your nice he will install the part. Shop rates are 65 hr. for installs. 75 for a dyno run second run is 10 dollars more. Dyno tuning is 105 an hour. Check the web site for accurate rates.

If calling the shop ...Bruce is easy to reach after 5:00 pm. He works the counter after 5:00pm so easier to get a hold of.
During the day Margeret or Bill can usually help ya with parts and scheduling and stuff.
Bruces shop is a little more hardcore. Alot of weekend racers get there cars worked there they have a huge selection of racing helmets and I frequently see people ordering the race jump suits. But I also see them being friendly to young hiphop
types. The store can be a little hecktic and CRANKY when they are busy. If ya got alot of question go in person at an off time.
Avoid fridays ...its test and tune night at alot of tracks and they are too busy. Avoid saturdays also. Week days before 3:00 pm are always good....weekday mornings around 11:00 am they are usually dead! THEY CAN GET USUALLY ALMOST ANYPART BY 10:00 AM THE NEXT DAY!
