I was considering just buying the conversion kit from hardtopguy.com, but it seems hes been very delayed shipping out products and i dont want to wait two months plus for something i can buy elsewhere. Has anyone done this conversion and could recommend a site where i could purchase the parts?

just buy used. You can get one for 300 all day, usually in mint condition.

including all the hardware? I've looked it up and i think i need a different hazard light so i wasn't sure what else would be different.
