If i am not mistaken, White Plains Honda is owned by Paragon Honda of Queens, so that is a problem. if you check on Paragon's reputation, you will see why.

I second how horrible white plains honda is!! I almost just bought my first s2000 from them. They have one listed for $16,999 A 2003 with 30k miles.
I went and saw it and it looked pretty good but had a few scrapes and all. Test drove it and the alignment was really off and there was a crazy shaking from the rear of the car above 50 mph and only when on the gas. Obviously something happened. The salesman told me it would all be fixed after i signed for it and it would get certified. The salesman was an asshole! Was nice and first and then turned into a devil. I called back the next day to talk to the manager and he told me the car was for sale as is and not certified or anything and they had no intention of fixing anything at all.
The took a $700 down payment as well from me without me signing the form. I am in the process of getting that back.
I will hopefully have a different s2000 as of this Wednesday. More miles on it and older but seems like a sweet deal. 2001 with 69k on it for $13,500. Drives great looks awesome. Clean carfax, 1 owner, hopefully not getting screwed.
I hate White Plains Honda!! I reported them to Honda national customer relations right away.

The salesman I had was Albert Rush. Was nice at first but when it came down to buying it on the spot he turned insane. Kept basically yelling and saying just sign it here don't worry, it's a good idea and everything hahah. Got so pissed when I said I wanted to think about it. I also asked him why he would have the car fixed before I bought it and he hung the phone up on me.

Paramus is the absolute worst, but white plains is pretty bad too. If you really need to buy a car in westchester go across the river to nanuet or up to curry in yorktown.
