The 2013 Watkins Glen event is now officially over. It was a great day in a picturesque region with great people, great cars, fun roads, one of the best tracks in N. America , and great food. I only took a few pics, but there should be lots of additional pis and vids to follow by others I hope.

This was a long day but we got to drive some great roads, we had lunch and dinner at two different wineries, with some great beer at a brewery. The Southern Ontario and NY State group were awesome, lots of females too !. It was great meeting everyone. We left home at 6 am, and the last of us finished the day at 9:30 pm with dinner on an outdoor patio at a winery on the shore of Seneca lake.

Watkins Glen International Raceway gave the S2000 club a personal lapping session at their great facility. We were given the entire track to ourselves - with no outsiders allowed lol - pretty rare I think. The sweet Porsche in the pics belongs to Neil who is a former S2000 owner. The Police of NY State are among the friendliest I've ever met. .

Keith I'm glad that you decided to join us. I must say that you are quite proficient at slinging your S2000 through the corners on a road course.

Looks like you all had a great time. Maybe next time we can get a few more upstaters to join in including myself. In a few weeks the "lake to lake ramble" will be held. I went last year and it was a great time. Brunch at the Glen Club on track, then laps of the track then off to the countryside and then to the old course. This is during the Gran Am and Continental GT races. The cost includes weekend tickets to the races.

Heres the video of the track run that I was part of before I was kicked off due to me "Hotdogging it" and almost hitting a Mower that is no where in the video.

Oh and I put the 5mm spacers back on the car and the tires still clear but barely and the wobble is gone too. So i put the car on jackstands to see why I have excessive vibration at higher speeds and found a nut fell off the front passenger side diff mount! http://www.bkhondaparts.com/oem-part.../90372-sr3-003 So the car is in the storage awaiting for the part until arrival.
