how many bolts? 3 or 4 per side? 3/4 should be enough if you have 4 bolts per side... but i'd be more worried about the type of hold the concrete anchor is. i've used red heads before.. and honestly don't like them as much as some of the other out on the market. i've found with red heads, if your hole isn't perfect, they don't anchor correctly and are loose.

Now as far as the metalurgy... they aren't grainger bolts... red head is a well known concrete anchor company. http://www.ramset-redhead.com/ (i think thats the right site..) i feel that this is defiently something you want to be up to spec or above spec with... but odds are the concrete will give way before the bolts do. At my body shop that i worked at a few years ago, i'm pretty sure we used full inch bolts for the anchors..

best thing to do is to call/go to the website as you suggested.

I called up a local rotary dealer (well somewhat local). I need the exact ones you mentioned Fasting. as far as the length, its dependant on the concrete thickness.

Gilly, there are 10 ancors per leg. I'll be drilling a pilot hole tonight to get the exact thickness of the concrete, supposedly its 5 1/2" thick but i want to be certain.

And on a side note, my test pipe got delivered today! woohoo

Devin,

with 10 per leg... you'll be more than alright with the 3/4. i was assuming there were 2 or 3...

one nice thing about the S2K... you don't need a tune for the test pipe like the STi.. haha

Thats one plus to this car. not every mod needs tuning, of coarse tuning is never bad bad but i am looking for something to tune the throttle response for the drive by wire. The delay is f@#king rediculous.
